By accessing or using Voter Contact ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Panchvaktra, an independent software development company operating Voter Contact from New Delhi, India.
Voter Contact is a private, commercial campaign management tool for Indian political candidates, campaign managers, party IT cells, and booth-level workers. It provides voter contact management, demographic analysis, election result viewing, survey tools, team management, SMS/WhatsApp campaigns, AI-powered insights, and polling-day logistics.
Voter Contact is not a government service. We do not conduct elections, register voters, issue voter ID cards, or perform any official government function. Voter name, age, gender, and address data displayed in the app is sourced from publicly available electoral rolls published by the Election Commission of India and respective state Chief Electoral Officers. Election results are sourced from eci.gov.in.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

Electoral roll data is sourced from publicly available government publications. While we make reasonable efforts to keep data current, we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Users should always refer to the official sources for authoritative electoral information:
AI-generated reports (Election AI) are advisory only. They are produced by machine-learning models and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI output.
Phone numbers, personal notes, survey responses, supporter tags, family links, and photos are entered by you and your team. You are responsible for ensuring that you have lawful authority to collect and store this data, including obtaining any necessary consent from the individuals concerned under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and share your data. By using the Service you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
The Voter Contact platform — including its software, design, logos, and documentation — is the intellectual property of Panchvaktra. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Electoral roll data and election results are public government data sourced from eci.gov.in and state CEO websites. We do not claim ownership of this data.
We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and the Service may be temporarily unavailable during updates. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Voter Contact and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voter Contact and its developer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email and in-app banner. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
